The global objective of the final evaluation of SFA 2008 Education Enhancement is to make an independent assessment with regard to the performance of the projectand its components, particularly the effectiveness, efficiency, and impact of the projects to date.

The objective of the contract is to recruit Assessors to assist the ACP (Africa, Caribbean, Pacific) Secretariat in the selection of the best proposals received and to achieve a high-quality.
