The Technical Assistance project is focused on strengthening the monitoring, control and management of the state owned companies in Guinea Conakry by starting from a diagnostic study of the publicly owned companies. This study has to enable the beneficiary country to assess the fiduciary risk and to contribute to the elaboration of a strategy for the management of the state owned enterprises.
