The objective of the project is to support the Ministry of Health and the fight against HIV in the formulation of a programme to support the sector policy (PAPS) in Burundi
in the framework of the 11th European Development Fund. In the course of the project the programme would be implemented though a Contract of Sectoral Reform having in mind other interventions of the EU in Burundi. The purpose of the project is to define the objectives of the health sector policy PAPS as well as the expected results knowing that the improvement of the health system is one of the areas prioritized by the 11th European Development Fund.
