The objective of the project is to conduct the final evaluation of the Justice Support Programme in Cameroon and to make an analysis of the project focused particularly on its effectiveness, efficiency, impact, achievement and viability. The analysis also contains series of recommendations as well as identification of the priority axes for future interventions in Cameroon’s justice sector.
Beneficiaries: Ministry of Economy, Planning and Regional Development (EDF National Authorising Officer), Ministry of Justice, judges, lawyers, bailiffs, clerks etc. civil society, Private sector, economic operators including the most disadvantaged groups. The ultimate beneficiaries of the program are the citizens of Cameroon who are expected to improve their standard of living due to a better business climate associated with the consolidation of legal certainty in the commercial environment.
