Morocco: Mise en Œuvre de la Nouvelle Loi Organique Relative à la Loi de Finances

The overall objective of this mission is to contribute to the steering and good implementation of the new Organic Law related to Public Finance, and more generally the reformof the national budget. The specific objectives of this project is to support the government of Morocco and more specifically, the Ministry of Economy and Finance in:

  • The development of a detailed action plan, sequenced in time for the implementation of all the provisions of the new Organic Law related to Public Finance.
  • Designing of a plan for training and support to the implementation of all the provisions of the new Organic Law related to Public Finance.
  • The Development of an internal and external communication strategy on the new Organic Law related to Public Finance and more generally on the budgetary reform.
