The purpose of the Expert Mission was to collect factual information concerning this electoral process, in line with the criteria contained in the Commission Communication
on Electoral Assistance and Observation. Moreover the experts produced an assessment on the electoral processes on the basis of international, regional and national standards and will provide recommendations for possible improvements of the electoral framework.
