The objective of this project is to help the European Union Delegation in the Philippines to devise relevant support to the Philippine justice sector in order to strengthen the rule of law as a key driver of economic growth and poverty alleviation. More specifically, the aim of the assignment is to assist the European Delegation in the Philippines in the validation and formulation of a proposed programme as part of the 2014 Annual Action Programme for the Philippines.
