This assignment is to support the Government of Vanuatu and in particular the Ministry of Agriculture, Quarantine, Forestry and Fishery (MAQFF) and the Ministry of Trade, Commerce, Industry and Tourism (MTCIT) in the development of an institutional and staff performance appraisal framework. The purpose of this assignment is the review of the current model of performance appraisal system used by the Vanuatu Public Service Commission and other systems adopted by other public organizations such as the National Bank of Vanuatu, the Vanuatu National Provident Fund and the formulation of an appropriate staff performance appraisal system for MAQFF and MTCIT.
