The project aimed at harmonizing the BiH legislation in the telecommunications sector within EU requirements and to strengthen the capacity of the Communications Regulatory Agency. An effective implementation of the EU acquis communautaire should attract more foreign direct investment and provide all users with access to a wide spectrum of competitive telecommunication services.
