The global objective of the final evaluation of SFA 2008 Education Enhancement is to make an independent assessment with regard to the performance of the projectand its components, particularly the effectiveness, efficiency, and impact of the projects to date. In additions, the evaluation proposes practical recommendations for follow-up actions.
The consultants has the following specific objectives:
- Assess the impact of any constraints that might have affected the timely access to resources.
- Provide recommendations to improve the implementation of future EU-supported programmes in St. Lucia.
- Provide a strategic, scalable, and sustainable model for continued integration of technology into education in Saint Lucia, thereby consolidating the support provided under the EEICTP initiative.
