This assignment must be considered in the wider context of Barbados’ development strategy. More specifically, it addresses some aspects of the Human Resources Development Strategy, which in its current version covers the period 2011-2016.
This assignment related to the establishment of a National Qualification Register can be understood as a necessary technical support to the effective functioning of the National Qualification Framework and its dissemination among Barbados’ private and public organizations, workers and citizens.
