The final evaluation of the EU – Philippines TRTA 2 has been foreseen in the Technical and Administrative Provisions of the project’s Financing Agreement and provided the decision – makers in the Government of the Philippines, the relevant external cooperation services of the European Commission and the wider public with sufficient information.
