Cabo Verde: Consultancy to support the Cape Verdean Customs Administration

The global objective of this assignment was to improve the capacity of The Cape Verde Customs Administration (CVCA) to effectively engage with external stakeholders through the preparation, publication and dissemination of Communication and Visibility products in the framework of the WCO West African Customs Administrations Modernization project. Within the framework of the assignment a Communication Strategy was elaborated, communication products were developed and disseminated and communication training in the field of communication and public relations was delivered to the CVCA officers (who will become the core of the CVCA Communications Team).
