Beneficiary: Falkland Islands Government represented by the Territorial Authorising Officer
The objective of this assignment is to provide Technical Assistance to the Falkland Islands Government in the programming and implementation of the OCTs 11th EDF territorial allocation in favour of the Falkland Islands; to provide the assistance required by the Falkland Islands Government throughout the programming exercise of the OCTs 11th EDF territorial allocation in favour of the Falkland Islands and until the signature of the Financing Agreement, including the necessary follow-up to the submitted documents under specific objective 1; to advise and train staff from the Falkland Islands Government throughout the contracted period aiming to increase the capacity of administration to better address a future programming exercise. Linked to this the experts shall ensure that the templates in place for monitoring and reporting meets the Commission requirements for the programmes financed from the OCTs 11th EDF financial allocation.
