Events, project management for memorable experiences

Event management involves all steps of project implementation: planning, budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, reporting, etc., but also concept development, brand strategy and audience engagement within specific time frames and normally tight deadlines.

The process of planning and co-ordinating an event is usually referred to a systematic and rational process of an emotional outcome. All efforts aim at generating a memorable experience that communicates a specific communicational objective. Being part of branding, communication or marketing strategies, events are the application of project management to the closest interaction with a target audience. From festivals, conferences and concerts, to conventions, parties and business breakfast meetings, events involve analysing the brand, identifying the target audience, devising the event concept, planning the logistics and coordinating the technical aspects. [1]

At ATC, we aim at creating memorable experiences in our audiences developing innovative strategies with impeccable implementation. In events, we also make ideas happen!
