Currently, our branch in Sofia, "Talent Search" is looking for a Project Manager/Recruiter for its Framework Contracts Unit.
Responsibilities:
- Identification of suitable expertise for incoming project requests
- Extensive work with relevant databases and social networks
- Preparation of project proposals (communication with experts and partners, evaluation of CVs, drafting of budgets, preparation of methodologies etc.)
- Proactively establish and maintain solid working relationships and networking with senior consultants to actively recruit for open roles
- Other ad hoc tasks
Qualifications and Skills:
- Excellent academic track record
- Minimum 3 years of overall work experience
- Excellent English language skills, French would be an advantage
- Experience in recruitment and/or EU tender procedures would be an advantage
- Strong analytical and conceptual competences
- First-class communication and networking skills, including ease of approaching people
- Resilience and ability to work to tight deadlines
